Flashed 2 thinkpads with Coreboot today, one more to go! Using a SOIC clips works awesome compared to soldering all the wires manually :D

as long as you are dexterous enough to put the clip on the flash chip correctly

What thinkpad model is in the picture? I am looking forward to flash my X200T but it may have a WSON-8 chip which no SOIC Clips available (I need to solder the wires), and will use a modded CH341a instead of a RPi.

@ssora X60s (my main lappie currently) as a ssh terminal, X220 on the first and X201t on the second. That was actually my first time using a clip, I've been soldering wires for quite a long time (I flashed at least 10 laptops to this day, some of them multiple times ;P)
