Tris-tan boosted

@questionblob websites have gotten *really* expensive to host publicly.
mailing lists are basically broken, as email is basically a google walled garden at this point.

forums have always been terrible.
metadata-protecting group chat is an unsolved problem.

wikis are really all that's left.

Can't projects do the standard:
- Have a website to rally under
- Have a forum/mailing list to have searchable discussions
- Have a wiki for reference decisions
- Have a chat for casual thoughts and discussions like irc

It's as if people want everything in a central place (good idea, hard to do well).

Hey, since I kinda have time, let's install analytics (read bloat) on my simple homepage.

Give me a week, and I'll live on localtime+9 or localtime -11...

CSS: "Helvetica Neue", Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif
Browser: TeXGyreHeros-Regular

That's something...

Ok.... Why is everything written in Ruby on Rails!?
(Honestly asking)

The sound effects feel so satisfying.
(Hugtto PreCure)

20-30 years for a decent GNU and Linux eh?
I wonder how long it'll take for decentralization? (Tor, Freenet, BitTorrent, fediverse and the like)

So I bought more ebi-hime games...

It'd be nice if I could not redownload ren'py for each and every vn...

"What do you think of this kanban UI"
Well columns are hard to read to begin with...

"How did you know they were PreCure!?"
"Well you see, they kinda transformed right in front of me..."

I think Hugtto PreCure's sound design is great... maybe...

I haven't cared for a long time for songs in anime.

Ok, I give in, I'll watch Huggto! PreCure instead of the original Futari wa PreCure.

No, Steam in Wine is still a pain.
