@jeffcliff If you have a problem with eradicated, controlable, avoidable diseases because you can't manage to get enough vaccines you are a fool.
If you are a so called democratic leader you can't let your population suffer from something so dire and unnecessary as polio for lack of immunity.
It's your debt to the population as their representative to avoid this. I don't know how can Maduro live like this "Yeah, cut the polio budget. I mean, we don't even have that disease anymore!"
@jeffcliff I go past a Rotary bell almost everytime I go out of my house. I can't forget their signature fight against polio, I can't forget the time I got my oral polio vaccine, not because of its importance (I was too little to understand) but because it didn't involve a needle; and I will never have to try to forget the effects of polio and what it does to the people because after all the shit that Argentina went and has yet to go through, never a basic vaccination program had to be cut short
