I miss a lot welcoming everyone, but it's exhausting and time consuming.
I miss a lot speaking in 4/5 conversations as the same time, but same, it "take time" and... See, I'm speaking of time about things that should be enjoyable... x_x
Also à lot of wonderful people I want to debate with, have fun with, know better but I feel uncomfortable about it...

It's a combination of blocklist/mismanagement/twitter success that is causing this.
Which is why early on I've pushed for getting new people as much as possible. It helps mitigate these feelings.
I have the feeling that I'm kinda out of the loop, everyone is nice to me ofc and very friendly but that just because you are wonderful people as usual... But I'm still feeling weird 'bout it 
@Technowix I had a similar feeling a while ago. In your case I think it is probably because niu is such a success, there are so many active users you can never be close to all of them.

i have seen some dramas that happen, usually between users from other instances, that kind of kill the mood for me tho

@mrjunge @Technowix venting is perfectly ok, i do it too and i try to talk to engage people in it. the issue is when people try to bring down others.
seeing dtluna delete someone from his instance on personal disagreements was really bad.....
@crushv @Technowix honestly these days i personally block anyone that seems either really edgy or w/ no chill. i used to tolerate the more edgy stuff back in the day, but now i don't really have much patience for it, even tho some ppl think it makes things "lively."

no. The bed I'm sleeping in, I want to be a safe space. Having it a safe space does not divergent population, but rather brings population closer together, caused by me not being pissed off for not being able to sleep.
