Companies are literally selling defective crap that's causing massive economic harm to others. That seems like a no brainer for product liability to me, and I find it extremely frustrating that tech people just shrug and call it a market failure and try to focus on technical solutions. This is a GOVERNMENT failure for failing to do its ONE JOB.
