Anyone knows any open source libraries that would allow me to track features of a face (eyes, mouth) in real time from a webcam.
I know it can be done. I even have demo finished using one, but I want to dig deeper into the topic.
Here's old, shitty version of what I'm trying to do. I plan to have full mapping of movement onto characters. It will be possible to create your own characters as well.
I'm doing it for my master degree, so I won't drop the project. Once I'm done, I want to open soure it.
@HalfTough does OpenCV looks like something you would be looking for ? https://docs.opencv.org/3.4.1/d7/d8b/tutorial_py_face_detection.html
@magikarp kind of. I used solution based on openCV before, but it required a lot of extra work (which I'm prepared to do, but only if I have to)
@HalfTough That's pretty crazy
